Someone in app development needs to read how useful the comments are about the dumb OTP to use the app every time has become. It's actually a deterrent to use the app unless you really really need to. Please it's not friendly to make the app the same as the website. It's two different platforms, you need to respect each platform.

Terrible version Having to log on with an OTP is a real pain. I find I'm now hardly using the app. The upgrade was a huge user experience downgrade

First Time Experience, The app won't allow me in its a blank screen and Vox's website is not allowing me to log in there either it keeps coming up with a System Temporarily Unavailable - It's been days.

Have to do a OTP sms every time I login, only to select something that just forwards me to the website that wants to again do a OTP sms. Not very user friendly, can't even access support from the app anymore

The update on this app is horrendous! How do you log an issue? Why do you need to log in consistently! You took quite a few steps back on this one!

The vox Fibre is great the app has now become utter useless. You need an otp everytime you login and if you push the back button it logs you out the app, and you have to wait again for an OTP. Don't change something that works.
