This app is a severe dissapointment. Compared to the HYYP app I have been using for another alarm for two years now, it is pathetic. There is almost always a lag between pressing a button and the action happening. Mostly due to problems with connectivity even if the phone is the best speed available. And it is even worse if the alarm has been triggered and you want to disarm it. Wish my alarm company would change to HYYP!

I find the app very slow and unresponsive. It also doesn't always match with what I'm seeing on my keypad. Edit: I bypass zones on my keypad and don't see it on the app. I arm my house and it still says unarmed on the app. I wait sometimes for more than a minute after disabling a zone on the app before it does it. My wife sets bypasses a zone on her phone but it doesn't show on mine. Sometimes all works fine. All of this happens while I'm at home with super fast connectivity on my phone.

App is a bit non-responsive....struggling to connect at times....might be a hardware issue.....but other than that loving the idea of controlling from cell....huge improvement thanks to Complex Patrols who introduced us to MiFalcon

I really love this app. I wish it could show me when last there was movement in certain zones as to know what is going on at home when there are other people there like builders etc

connectivity is really bad and often we cannot arm or disarm the alarm because this app isn't working. also can't have more than 1 person logged in at a time.

I found the MiRhino app with the swipe options easier. everything has to be clicked now but still working well for me. But that said nice interface
