Bought the alarm, fitted everything fine then registered through the app and no email or text arrived. Then it wouldn't allow me to login to the app or go through the forgot password flow. So I'm basically left with a few lumps of plastic scattered around my house with flashing leds but no alarm.

Sometimes works and when it does it's great, but sometimes it won't open at all, or takes an age to open - over 10 minutes on occasion. Not good enough Yale and it's a bad advert for the alarm itself (which we have also had many problems with). Unimpressed.

Since the latest update I cannot see any pictures taken by the camera. Just black squares. This includes those that WERE visible before as well as new ones. Samsung Tab S. Edit: Issue now resolved. Thanks to Steve for his rapid work.

All ok so far. Installed fine, ran no problem on my Asus tablet, interacts fine with the alarm system. Menus are a bit non-intuitive (especially the "bypass" selection - what does that mean, and which colour means "true" for if its bypassed or not).

Open it and it just crashes. But there is a work-around. Turn off internet connection, open app and it won't crash but give errored URL. Stick that URL in your browser and you are sorted, you dont need this app, which is just a shortcut to their webpage.

Can't believe that a big company like yale can produce such a bad app! App does not work very well, stay clear of the easy fit systems.
