SAF Collect is a replacement for paper forms with support for geo-locations, images, audio clips, video clips, as well as numerical and textual answers.

SAF Collect is working offline and it is designed to work out of touch with a cellular network / Wi-Fi during the data collection effort. Once back in the network coverage, the completed forms can be copied out of the device or sent to a server (you control) for analysis.

SAF Collect can provide assistance to organizations deploying surveys based on SAF Forms.

SAF Collect dashboard allows you to check data with chart and, manage your data in real-time.

APPLICATION FLOW

Guideline: For Installation required APP and Getting form

• STEP 1:- You need to first go to >> right corner of the SAF App >> click on three dots and click on About SAF >> Click on "Other required application">> click on that and install "Google Sheets"

• STEP 2:- Click on Get Blank Form--- It displays list of available forms on server--- Select forms to download.

• STEP 3:- Click on Fill Blank Form--- Start Filling Form-- Complete and Exit. If Form is incomplete and accidently clicks device back button, you come across:-

o CASE 1: Save Changes--- Details filled are saved and returned to Main Menu Screen and incomplete form can be seen inside Edit Saved Form.
o CASE 2: Ignore Changes--- Again start filling form.

• STEP 4:Click on Edit Saved Form:> It leads us to forms that are saved by user and he can edit them.

• STEP 5:- Click on Send Finalized Form---- Select form----- Send.

• STEP 6:- Click on Sent Form:- Displays count of forms that had been sent to server.

• STEP 7:- Important Note: If required then Click on Delete Saved Form---

Two screen are displayed i.e. "SAVED FORMS " & " BLANK FORMS" would open.Choose which form needs to be deleted from corresponding screen and then click on "Delete Selected".

Form Management

Question 1: How to get blank form?

Answer : Firstly make sure you have an internet connection and you are logged in.Then click on "Get Blank Form" button then form downloading starts automatically.

Question 2: Do i require internet connection to fill a form inside app?

Answer : No, you do not require internet to fill a form. But you will need an internet connection while sending or getting forms from server.

Question 3: How do i change language of my form?

Answer : You need to click on form you wish to fill > Choose "Settings" option > Click on change language > Choose language of your preference > Proceed.

Question 4: How can I uninstall SAF Collect ?

Answer : Step1:You need to click on Setting of your Phone > Choose "All Application"

option > Click on Installed application > Select SAF Collect >Uninstall SAF Collect >Proceed. Answer : Step2: Then go to phone internal memory > Select "safcollect" folder > select the folder > click delete >Proceed.
