It really sucks when I complete a workout but accidentally press my power button, which turns off my screen. I come back to my workout reset. No, I'm not gonna work out twice lol, please fix. Also, I wish I could say what equipment I do and don't have. I have to refresh airbike workouts like crazy. Otherwise great app.

Really cool at picking workouts for you, but it doesn't have enough audio prompts or voice coaches for me; it doesn't have any. I went digging through all my settings to make sure it's not me. Couldn't find anything. The workouts are AMAZING. And the fact it kind of uses past performance to pick the right workout for you is pretty neat. But I find myself monitoring the screen in the middle of my sets because I'm not confident that I'll get fair warning to change to the next exercise.

Not been updated since April 2019 The iPhone app has had at least two updates since 2019 that brought additional functionality to users, but those updates have not been given to Android users. Seems like there should be parity between the two versions, since we are all paying for the service.

Great app if new to lifting, wish there were more lift variations, like hang clean, or bear complex, and more rep schemes on the current lifts. Love the warm-up, cool-down, and conditioning workouts and videos.

Good variety of workouts. My one suggestion would be the ability to share my day of workouts with social media. We already have the ability to share individual ones.

Love it! I have only been using this app for a short time, but I love it! The strength programming is easy to follow and helps you maintain consistency with progressive overload. The suggested conditioning workouts are fun and I love that you can search for workouts to fit your goals and what equipment you have. The mobility work at the end of each workout is great to. This app is easy to use and again, great for consistency in your training!
