I used to love this app. Recently I tried to update my payment info online since it's not able to do that in the app. It wouldn't let me login and kept saying I didn't have a subscription. I made a new login and password on the site. My card was charged but now I can't login. I sent an email regarding my issue and got an email back saying it was received. It's been a week. I have sent 3 follow up emails and haven't received any response back. It's been over 2wks and there's no phone # to call

Update: I've been using cardio cast since 2018 and has saved my sanity through the covid pandemic! Still going strong, and to this day, the music and coaches keep me in cardiovascular shape!! Great music and instructions keep me pulling and pushing. I'm addicted!!!

This app is simple to use and well-designed. The coaches are fantastic, and the Facebook community is a bonus. I'm going to subscribe and continue using it because the design is so effective. This app is perfect for people who need an audio coach to guide them through cardio workouts at home or in the gym, including when to increase their intensity.

This for me is just as good as a live coach, even better! I get to take her wherever I am. I always get the same coach whom I like and I am familiar with her routines. And, I get to choose how long I work out!
