Easy to use. Audio only so you don't have to keep looking at the phone. update: 4/14/21 I love this app. I use it at least 3 times a week. The Facebook group is so supportive. The designer listens to your ideas. The app has multiple exercise platforms such bike, elliptical, rowing, yoga, and bodyweight.

Love this app! It's so easy. I can control the coach's volume level and music and choose how long I want to do the activity for!! And even though I have to fight with myself sometimes to get on the spin bike... Which I use at the gym, I don't have to commit to stay on for a long time. I'm enjoying John Carlucci with his beats and inspiration to keep moving. And recently decided its nice to have someone talking to me with great music while running/walking errands outdoors.

My absolute favorite workout app. I like that there is no video to watch and it is all audio. That keeps me from getting distracted by the instructors in videos. I also love that you can turn the music and instructor volume up and down separate from each other. When spinning, I like my music loud and instructor barely audible so I can get into the music. They provide great incentives to get you working out more also.

At first I was skeptical of using audio coaches for workouts. I've decided,I love it! The coaches voice and the music volume are independent of each other. When there isn't a visual portion of the workout I feel like I can really her in the zone better. Love this app!

Love love love this app. Being able to control the instructor volume and music volume is the best. And Beats based cycling workouts ❤️❤️❤️ why is there any other type honestly. Audio only makes the streaming experience so much smoother than other apps with video. If you like the exercise and rad music, but don't need the larger than life personalities hawking their personal brands, give cardiocast a try.

I never buy apps. I mean NEVER. But I found myself paying for a whole year in January and haven't regretted it once! I love being able to choose different coaches, and the music is (mostly) stuff I actually know, which helps so much!
