This app must be done by a student at Zurich. It is incomplete. It ignores half of the expenses entered at the first phase and gives you an incorrect expenses figures. Very amateur Zurich.

Needs to add up your spending to give you a monthly summary.

Needs to add your costs up

This app is okay but does not allow you to input your income. It is fine if you just want to track spending but not for working out your ongoing balance.

How the Zurich Budget Calculator can help you save money:

The Zurich Budget Calculator is a mobile app provided by Zurich Assurance Ltd. With it, it is very easy to track your spending as you go about your day to day routine. From the main screen you can start to add an expense with a single tap. Select the date of purchase, add some optional detail and place the purchase into a category all from a simple interface.

Once you’ve added the expense, it’s listed with the previous expenses from the current month. You can view all expenses from the last three, six or twelve months in a list.

If you prefer, you can also view this information on a clear pie chart. The pie chart is an easy way to see where you have been spending your money by displaying categories in clearly labelled segments.

The more information entered into the Zurich Budget Calculator, the more useful it becomes.

Once you’ve added your expenses, use the Savings Calculator screen to see how much you can start saving. View each category on a simple slider, set to the desired level of saving. The amount you could save is shown as both a percentage and a monetary value, giving you a clear target to aim for.

Tips:

Get into the habit of entering in as many expenses as possible.
Set realistic targets and review them regularly to get the best results.
Don’t enter any personal or private information in case your phone is lost or stolen.
