I was able to add my info and a emergency contact person/number but then was not able to do anything more. I went to the settings screen but wasn't able to change any of the settings. Nothing happened when I tapped Ny of the options. I couldn't add a custom SMS message or anything. Pressing help did not provide any useful information. Immediately uninstalled.

The widget doesn't work for more then a few hours. In a situation where I would need this I don't want to dig around in my phone for the app, load it up and then push the button, I want the button to be on my screen, but the feature simply doesn't work. You can also only add one phone number for the button to send an alert to unless you pay but with an essential part of the app (for me at least) doesn't work, why would I pay?

I have tried the app and for some reason it is unable to find my location. I have installed the most updated version, tried uninstalling and re installing, re confirming the location permissions and yet for some reason it can easily find my location while making the profile but not actually so I can use the button. I am also not sure how enable the e-mail feature and have been wondering if that is yet anpther feauture behind the paywall.
