Support is non existent and you won't get your money back. It's very poorly rated, a fact that I overlooked because it was being used by long lost relatives. Lesson learned.

Extremely buggy, sometimes not able to handle Cyrillic letters from my Geni tree. Added some distant relative (not sure about sex, as his/her name is replaced by "?") as my wife. Takes quite a long time to start and download info.
