Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing My SmartTask on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. I used to have to phone in to see how my pay was calculated and to request a holiday but now I can do it through the app. If I'm quick to respond I'm also able to get more work when they send out shifts that need covering, awesome.

Ever since the app updated on the 14th June all i'm getting is , "Please sync your Date and Time with the network" . Problem is it won't do it !!!!!!!

Using this app from last two years but all of sudden it showing a message " please sync your date and time with the network" and can't see any of shifts etc. Any solutions ?

An incredibly simple app. So simple it should be incredibly easy to develop and implement however it is appallingly poor at everything it does. If your an employer paying for this service then you are a fool. Obviously lazy devs, as it is such a simple app there is little excuse Unreliable notifications Nonintuitive interface Tabs opening to blank screens, requiring a forced stop and restart .....I could go on. More hassle than its worth Note 10+

Doesnt log in on dual-core/2gb Ram/Android Jelly Bean/4G mobile, app says "no data connection etc." but 4G+Wifi both turned on. Surprising due to its a quite small and basic app (not a 3D modelling advanced app which badly needs 8 core Galaxy 10+ with latest Android). Why is the soo high minimum system requirements developers? /Thanks for the reply, but safer dataflow logically cant be the case due this isnt a banking app, only working shift scheduling one, simple as a C64 software from the 80's/

very bad app,most of the time I can't sign in or out.i have to log out and log back in to sign in and out.very bad experience. now I can't even log in,it tells me no network while I use Internet and have unlimited data with 3.very very bad experience and I recommend not to have this headache app please

About this app

MySmartTask is a companion app to the SmartTask employee scheduling and mobile workforce management solution and forms part of the Smart control room module

It allows workers to receive their rosters and confirm availability on their personal Smartphones, reducing telephone calls and saving administrative staff time chasing up staff to confirm their availability for shifts

Simply enable the employees as mobile users in SmartTask to allow them to logon to MySmartTask , once their roster has been scheduled or confirmed in SmartTask you can send it to them using the roster notify button which will appear on the employee timesheet screen. With configurable employee suggestion rules SmartTask can if you wish automatically schedule and notify employees, further minimising the time it takes to fill rosters

Once you are logged in to the app on your Smartphone you will receive notifications of roster changes and be able to confirm or decline your scheduled shifts without speaking to the control room, it will also show you a map of where to find your shifts and help you to call or email the control room if you need to.
