Its been over 24 hours now and despite me ringing them and being cut off, i think because my complaint involved dates and the woman couldnt be bothered to ring back. I left a message on the app and mobile number. In november 2019 i went to thailand for 3 months december to march in january they billed me for 50 kwh more than the orther 2 months and nobody was there! In the last 3 months they billed me more even though i bought so called cheaper packs totalling a month payments. They say i owe 10

the app works for payment but is useless for energy management as you simply get a months readings averaged over 30 days or so. Yes the more often you take readings the better but to get daily usage you have to take daily readings! In which case i can work it out for myself.

Wont let me log in if i trry to use on a new device so i have to call help desk? Not helpfull time consume otherwise it is a fun way to buy leccy x

You have broken the choose payment type option. It usually shows up before you pay but there's nothing there and I've got no idea which card I've just paid on. Please fix it.

Terrible App and company. It rejects any meter readings then moaned that you haven't provided one. It's impossible to get through to anyone too.
