Very dissappointing. The basics don't even work. I can see my monthly bill summary from the account summary as a pdf, but when I try to download it nothing happens. And I really hate their bill averaging, which effectively means giving NPower an interest free loan at my expense, for units I have not consumed. I'd like to pay for what I have used each month, but it can't do that. It's all been set up to put cystomers like me at a disadvantage. I'm already regretting switching to NPower.

Dont waste you time they have no regard for customers or IT technology, nothing works the app is rubbish and online experience even worse. What a waste of money spent on the IT. They should get rid of the company that designed and implementd this or get rid of the Boss, as its an extremenly poor customer journey with just no regard for the customer, just like the haphazard billing all over the place. Sill no password reset. Save the data space on your phone by NOT downloading this.
