Būtina registracija per elektroninius valdžios vartus. Nemanau, kad tokiam projektui reikalingas toks rimtas prisijungimas. Pats patingėjau prisijunginėti prie e-bankininkystės per telefoną, tai net pažaisti su programa negavau :D Tikėjausi Google arba Facebook prisijungimo.

Nuotraukos pateikiamos programėlės pagalba yra konvertuojamos į PNG formatą ir sumažinamos iki 720×540, kas sąlygoja itin prastą jų kokybę, bet tuo pačiu didelį failo dydį.

Programėlė visai gera ir atlieka savo funkcijas, bet savivaldybės atsakymai prie visų problemų dubliuojasi ar net po tris kartus parašomi

Prisijungimo mygtukas yra neaktyus - nereguoja į paspaudimą. Suvedus klaidingą slaptažodį, gaunamas pranešimas, teisingą - jokios reakcijos. Problema su OnePlus Two telefonu.

Idėja gera, bet manau savivaldybės darbuotojai nesupranta skirtumo tarp "žinutę perskaitėme" ir "problemą išsprendėme" reikšmių. Ir dar pastebėjau, jie turi 10-15 standartinių atsakymų, kurios prikabina pakeisdami tik metus ir tuo pažymėdami, jog problema išspręsta. Turėtų būti įdiegtas problemos uždarymo patvirtinimas iš gyventojų pusės ir problemų reitingavimas, taip savivaldybės darbuotojai galėtų kontroliuoti darbų sprendimų kokybę ir problemos mąstus.
