If I try to navigate on the app it just crashes "sorry! We couldn't find that page". Try one of the following links. Boom, straight back to "sorry! We couldn't find that page" Really poor customer service in the app from a company with great call handlers and brilliant coverage. Try getting the app to reflect the quality provided by other areas in the brand experience.

I have never been one to review things, but I felt I had to with this. This app is absolutely awful when it comes to attempting an upgrade. I'm eligible an upgrade, and every time I follow the process, I eventually end up at a "Sorry! We couldn't find that page!". This is either from either simply clicking upgrade; choosing a phone; choosing a colour, anything! I know the page is there too - I accessed it 30 seconds ago.This needs sorting ASAP. Dont bother with the generic response too.

Have been trying to upgrade my phone since April but the app is constantly telling me "sorry, can't find that page". Cannot get through to anyone and still cannot upgrade. EE are advising people to get in touch via Facebook or Twitter, this shouldn't be the case and appears to have been going on for quite some time now. Am now looking into other phone companies as there has been no improvement over the last few months.

I have been trying to upgrade my phone via the App for over 2 months, unfortunately when I click on to upgrade it takes ages to load and then says page cant be found. When I log in via the internet I get the same problem, after over 6 years with EE now time to move on. Its BT kiss of death, when a company is taken over by BT you can guarantee it will go downhill. Ps dont ask me to contact you via Facebook or Twitter, be professional and let your customers be able to call and talk to a human

I have tried many times to speak in person with a real human being but to no avail. My voicemail needs a pin in recent times which I never had or never had to use before. Sales personally are always freely available but problem solvers are scarce on the ground in fact they do not exist only digital voices which know only to keep repeating the same message.

App doesn't work no matter what I try, always liked EE but these past few months it's went downhill very fast. My contract is for 30GB but within a week it says iv used 80% of my data when most of the time my phone is connected to the house Internet, I just feel I'm paying more for what I'm getting. When mine and my daughters contract is up think it's time for a change.
