False stars to grab attention ONLY You really need a proper app British Gas. I love your service BUT your app is simply not fit for purpose. AND DON'T ADVISE non compatible with my Samsung unless you want customers to buy upgrades, they can't afford coz yawl charge lots for Russian energy. Come on guys. ...

Downloaded this app to help keep track of my bills, however once you log on it becomes clear it is just a link to the website in a phone friendly format. To add insult to injury once you log on it keeps telling you things are easier on the app which is what I thought this was.

Had smart meters with monitor just like the picture installed about 10 hours ago. The installer mentioned the app so I looked for it and, despite the reviews, installed it. No I am obviously not part of the pilot so I will go back and remove it. A shame because the screen shots look good. Perhaps I need to look at the monitor because I didn't notice any option to connect it to my WiFi. I notice that the developer seems to be hiding from/ignoring all these bad reviews.

load of rubbish this app, its given me nothing but problems won't recognise my fingerprint can't top up gas / electric via app. might be time to consider to change supplier I'm fed up of this now
