This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Mejora Ubrique on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

Con Mejora Ubrique, vamos a establecer el contacto y la
colaboración con los ubriqueños para mantener y mejorar nuestro
pueblo.
Todo va a ser mucho más sencillo, poner en comunicación
con el ayuntamiento cualquier tipo de incidencia sobre roturas en
la red de agua, estado de un contenedor, limpieza en una calle o
jardín, caídas de señales de tráfico o apagados en las luminarias…

Es fácil y sencillo.

El ciudadano podrá revisar en Mejora Ubrique si sus incidencias
están resueltas o en proceso desde cualquier lugar.

Una vez descargada la app, es obligatorio realizar el registro a
través de email en el cual se recibirá un enlace para activar la
aplicación y comenzar a usarla. Puede seleccionar el servicio (Agua,
Limpieza, Alumbrado Público, Jardines, etc...), tipo de incidencia a
notificar, localizarla mediante el GPS de su terminal, y hasta
fotografiarla, e inmediatamente los servicios municipales de
Ubrique recibirán la notificación, se determinará la urgencia de su
actuación y se procederá a su solución.

Las incidencias serán gestionadas conjuntamente entre el
AYUNTAMIENTO DE UBRIQUE, BÁSICA S.A.U. Y AGUAS DE
UBRIQUE.
