I tried using this app. When I try to login, I never get the OTP. Sometimes it even throws error saying number is not registered. But when I try to register the number, it says the number is already registered. It's very frustrating. I have not been able to log in even once till now

I'm unable to sign in with OTP process. So I signed in with T-app option in the app itself. But while I'm trying to get my RC info, it raises an error "Server was unable to process request. ---> The requested database connectionString2T is not defined in configuration" Please fix it as soon as possible or give me a job so I can fix it. Thank you.

Hello all, Here is the workaround to login as we are unable to login using OTP in this app. 1) Open the app and click on "Login with T-App"(Try until you see the T-App login screen). 2) Register yourself(Better to register with the mobile number which is already registered with RTA-m wallet). 3) Login with Mobile Number and MPin. You should be able to see all your previously added Documents as well if you register with same mobile number as mentioned above. Hope this helps. Thank you.

Beginning its very very useful but all of a sudden IDK why it gets signed out automatically and when I try to login back with OTP server error. Tried different mobiles same issue. App developers please do something and rectify the issue.

It is as pathetic as it can get. Typical government application that does not have a proper UI and nothing works even the login process. Why do you have "Resend otp" option without a "send otp" option? Even that does not work.

I'm trying to register my account but it's showing already existed mobile number even though it's my first time. Later, tried with mobile number and OTP then it's showing error. Worst maintenance.
