Kullanıcı deneyimi çalışmaları eksik. tasarım güzel fakat uygulamanın ux wiframe leri ve mappingi çıkartılmadan yapıldığı aşikar. içinde farklı ve aşırı fonksiyon bulunduğu için yazılım firması kapsam net olsa da birçok yerde eksiklik hissetmiş. firmanın süreçleri waterfall ilerlettiği uygulamanın bazı yerlerde kararsız davranmasından belli. Mobile app PO yum umarım dikkate alınır.
