Every time I say record it has a box pop up and says "unfortunately screen recorder has stopped!" I hate it!!!

in my opinion,this app is absolutly terrible.Everytime I press the record button it a box pops up that say "Screen Recorder:Screen Capture has stopped working".I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS APP
