When introduced to the idea of this app I had alot of hesitations. After trying it out I found that Hover was more accurate than I was and was "capturing" some very large and complicated homes saving me hours of time and keeping me safe by taking photos from the ground to measure even the most difficult of homes. I am 100% confident this is the best measureing tool I have in my tool belt. Thank you Hover!!!!

If you are using your phone make sure you block every call or it will screw up the process. Dont get out of the app until you finish the pictures or you'll be doing what I'm doing. Turning around and going back. Customer service is slow to respond.

First, I could not load pictures taken with my smartphone. Could not get app to work directly take additional pictures. Finally, began to get help, starting with Sean, Carlos, Kelly and Oniel. Finally, realized estimate and proposal features are extra$$$$$$$ I believe to be misleading information. Instructions seemed great to follow. App didn't allow access to follow directions. For high end clients, ONLY???????

When updating profile, it says "no internet connection, your changes were not saved" even though I am connected and was able to upload photos fine.

Very easy to use, and fast turnaround. Its best to take more photos if one side is difficult to capture.

3d Renderings are nice and all but user interface for this app SUCKS.(This review will change when the following is corrected) -Provide option for password change WITHOUT needing to call support(which is closed on weekends..meaning if you are at a bid on a Saturday and cannot sign in because your password isnt working...which is only allowed to be 7-12 characters rather than a standard 15+ for basically every other login in modern times...you are screwed until they finally answer on monday.
