I loved this app because I can easily refill my account. Suddenly I cannot refill from the app. I've tried my active debit card that is saved on the app and it says "unable to process" even though I can use the card elsewhere. I tried to enter a different active credit card and it also says "unable to process". I only use dtac because it's been so easy for me to refill over the last year, but I'll have to reconsider if this isn't fixed.

Horrible company, horrible traffic, alway throttling no matter if i use hotspot or watch something from my phone, app is trash, tariffs are trash, run from them first chance you get, any other operator will be miles better, Dtac is one of the bigger reasons i wont go back to Thailand for a long while if at all.

Useless since the last major update can't login at all and only get Unknown error which is not helpful. From another comment apparently we can't connect over wifi or while roaming anymore which onece again makes this app completely useless.

The internet package history doesn't work at all. The application in common is pretty raw and definitely not acceptable for commercial useage.
