New version loads even slower and tries to prevent bad reviews by sending 1-4 ratings to a feedback page and 5 stars to the play store. -- Nearly unusable. Everything that matters has to happen on the website anyways. It's just a jungle of out of date information, advertising overlays and broken interfaces :(

This application doesn't provide different languages and no proper call center support who speaks in basic English language and if you have any issues they, don't even respond to your queries at all.. I have asked them stop stop international calling for Sim till now they never locked it and they are charging me every month 55 euros and even more than.. This is how this low level companies make business with bleady contracts for 24 and above months.. I would suggest never use this application.

The app did not work for a week, received an error that the update was being worked on. Everything was fixed quickly!

Totally useless app. Strongly do not recommend this mobile provider. Cell coverage in Berlin is very weak. App feels like wroted by student project - regular looped and freezed, permanently needs to be restarted. Eg: tap once to button - nothing appears as visual response, tap one more time - created two different request for two different sim-account... And blau-support is also useless and smells like "just pay and shut up" (with response time in one week). Worst experience at all.

I want to know. If I applied to make a contract with phone.. did the company send the phone and new Nummer phone or they send only phone??

After spending a lot of time going through every menu and setting, I failed to find how to recharge my prepaid card and I had to do it from the website. I wrote a review, which has been answered saying that I am supposed to be able to perform the operation from the app. So I went back and indeed the option is NOW there. So something was wrong with the app when I tried the first time, because I am 100% sure in the start page there was only Mein tarif and no aufladen option on top.
