Doesn't even work, asks for developer mode to be turned off, otherwise it just crashes, no other app has this limitation

The app won't open, it just shows a brief message saying "No puede iniciar la aplicación con el modo desarrollador activado." and that's it, nothing happens, so it's kinda useless to have this app installed since it does not even works. All I wanted is to pay my izzi Internet bill.

Dev mode needs to be turned off, otherwise, it crashes. Useless app in this state.

Why would I recommend something that it doesn't even work?! I've tried 4 different devices and none of them can get me any kind of access to an app that I don't even know if it is worth it. By the way, my landline is out of service since a week ago. Technicians say they are coming and never show up. I had to make a call so they could reschedule another visit. Not kool at all.

It's not so bad, except for the app does not run when the cell phone is on advanced developer mode. Sometimes it helps with the resetting of the modem, others it doesn't.
