Viettel làm ăn láo lếu. Lần đâu t gửi hàng ở đây, nhân viên hướng dẫn tôi phải đặt trước cước bao gồm tiền thu hộ và tiền ship nhưng thật ra chỉ phải đặt trước tiền ship thôi. Vì là lần đầu ko biết nên t đã đưa thừa tiền và tất nhiên 1 tuần sau khi thanh toán t ko đòi lại khoản tiền tôi gửi thừa đc. Thề lần sau ko mang ra viettel nữa. Nói luôn là chi nhánh nam đồng hà nội nhé

Ứng dụng dở tệ, ko lưu tài khoản đã đăng nhập, tạo vận đơn 3 ngày ko thấy ai liên lạc để thu hàng đi giao, thua, ứng dụng quá kém.
