Very bad App. Full of glitches. I have tried uploading my meter readings since the last 2 days - 20 times/Day. The App registers the reading but DOES NOT UPLOAD it!! Message given:- "Faulty Repeat"; "Number in reading and picture should match try again"; etc. Though entry figures are RIGHT! The meter readings get registered correctly in the History tab of Meter Reader App, but -TSSPDCL APP IS NOT UPLOADING it for final Billing!! App is Waste of time, to the consumer.

Stable app. UX is a bit hard. There is no single place to look at complete details of registered metre once bill is paid. When you click a metre to see details, pop up about bill already paid shows up, cancel takes back to list menu, accept takes to advance payment. Please think about the UX as: Registered Meters -> List of metres, click an item to see details and also buttons for payment, self billing, back to main menu. Clicking payment on already paid meter seeks consent for adv payment

I think One Star also is heavy for this App. Earlier this App was working fine. But now I am unable to open the App. Whenever I tried to login, it is asking me to go to Play store App and update. Unfortunately INSTEAD of updated, it is coming back to the Tsspcdl App and not further proceeding. Very Disgusting. Hope the Electricity Department will rectify this problem ASAP.

Asking for update as new version is available. But I don't see update button in play store. I did reinstall and keep getting prompt to update software. I cannot work on this App as update prompt stopping me to use existing version. Update should be optional. Good that not used and did not get any bigger problems.

The following two functionality are very much needed. 1) the ability to add label to service number 2) support to share the receipt pdf eith other apps 3) the history of past payments.
