Cloud sync doesn't work properly - it backs up only one .spm file, which does not have any passwords, only the key. What's the point of having a key of an empty locker? 4* because Export for Mobile Privacy (manual copy & paste from PC) works.

I enter my password and the wheel goes around but nothing happens. The app never opens no matter how long I wait or how many times I try to open it. It used to be good in earlier versions, but this one is useless. I have been a Steganos user for many years, and have observed that over the years they offer less for greater cost. Now it has come to a point where the product they offer doesn't even work. Very disappointed!

Once great. Now mostly fiction. No stars if it were possible. UPDATE: Now APP crashes! 18 Jan 2020. App no longer functions. Crashes if any Cloud sync is attempted. Will not function under manual either. While recognising how many P/W files are on device when it opens. Choosing any category results in a blank page and the said numbers in the keychain becomes 0. Is this what you get if you post a negative review? Or is there a big problem???

No longer shows the folder or categories I set up over the years. Like most others who have commented this is a backward step. Takes longer to find my passwords now as they were ordered in groups. If it does not improve then I will reluctantly have to move to another product. Shame as it was a good product with a logical flow. Why change it?

In the past I have been able to access Steganos on my phone. Now it keeps crashing and won't work. I have upgraded to the latest version but still no luck. I am really fed up with this. I see others are having the same problem. Has there been a solution put forward yet? It works very well on my computer but I need it to link to my phone too. Very disgruntled.

Earlier version worked fine, this latest version fixed the crashing when connecting to cloud Dropbox and Drive. I reverted back to v19 on the desktop as v20 is a rubbish child like throwback to what a beginner programmer would think as tablet design should look like. still sticking with v19 as it so much better than v20.
