Lacks visual appeal. Needs imagery/photos. Main screen displays only the most basic design elements. Little introductory content. Could have more council information or links to bylaws, News Feed, PDF's etc. Works but does not inspire.

The developers were quite responsive to feedback about the app not working, but didn't take it any further. 6+ months later, no fix in sight. It used to be quite a good app with prior Samsung versions, but not with S6. The website is hopeless. The eform doesn't even initiate. Please fix!............... 12/12/15 it now works. Thank you.

Doesn't load on my Galaxy S6 edge. However for those that have a different phone, this is a great little app for getting stuff done around the City of South Perth. If little things are not reported around our City, how will the City's officers know to fix them! The app itself is not pretty, and fairly clunky, but it does its job (when you have a phone on which the app works).

If your app is promoted in the local paper (this week), be absolutely sure it works properly before encouraging others to download it. It can be embarrassing. It does not load after I downloaded the app. Uninstalled.

1. App doesn't work - it is stuck on the loading screen. 2. App asks for more permissions than are required. 3. If South Perth ReportIt website were better for mobile, an app wouldn't even be required.

About this app

Report It is a state of the art application that allows people to report issues such as potholes, graffiti, damaged signs or fallen street trees directly to their local government organization. The reported incident is logged in the City’s customer relationship management (CRM) system as a work item and is forwarded automatically to the correct team for resolution. Once the incident has been logged successfully in the CRM system, a push notification is directed back to the user advising that the incident has been created and a unique reference number is provided. This reference number can be used by the reporter to track the progress of the incident as it moves towards resolution. Reports of incidents that are located outside the local government’s area of responsibility will not be created in the CRM system; the user is notified of this via a push notification. When the incident has been completed (closed) another push notification advises the user that the underlying problem has been fixed.
