Using BlueStacks

the wifi is connected but no internet, at each mrt station. In between stations no wifi at all, so i used my own mobile data. this breaks my online activities causing fisruptions at each station. dont provide feee wifi if you are not willing to provide!

The app on laptop is weird in term of it mechanism. I need to open the app to configurate my phone number, so I can connect to wireless@SGx wifi, and it comes to the weird part.....I NEED A WIFI CONNECTION TO OPEN THE APP!!! If I myself have a wifi, WHY AM I CONNECTING U!!!!!! Please lah, the mobile number connection method is way more convinience compare to the only option now!!!!!

IMDA needs to understand that creating an app is not the solution to every problem. Not only does it take up valuable phone space, it inconveniences users working on laptops and desktops, contrary to the goals for SmartNation. In addition it is more complicated than the earlier password method, making it harder for elderly people to use it now. And the UI is faulty, cannot click on terms and conditions etc.

Before, I am able to link wireless@sgx from my samsung A70 phone with Singtel Hi! Prepaid SIM card. Now, totally couldn't connect to this network at all hotspots. Called Singtel, called IMDA, uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted old profile, tried call *360, follow all guides.. nothing can solved. Using my home line, at McDonald, at Snip Ave no problems. Hope there are experts who could help out, thanks.

Totally useless app! Last update at only 21 October 2020! This shows that this app is not even updated to the latest version yet! I rather like this app at its first launch because at the first launch of this app, everything goes on smoothly without any hitch or problem at all! Now this app got lots of problems with every update! Uninstall this app as this app is not functioning well as before any update! Please rectify this or remove this app totally from the app store!

Unable to connect to the wifi. Honestly prefer the old WirelessSG. Just type your phone number and otp and all good to go.
