When I used the application, the application kept prompting me to upate to the latest version and I was brought to the Play Store but no update was found. So, I keep going into a vicious loop and cannot use the application at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled the application to have the same issue happening. And now I have difficulty to book my appointment online. What is wrong?

I faced the same problem as Paul Hoh review below. I have already made an appointment. Now when I want to check on my appointment, the app keep prompting me to update the app and redirect me to App Store. When in App Store, there is no update available. Then, I clicked open the app and the app prompt to update again. I tried clicking Cancel, but the app will close itself if I do not update. This is an infinite cycle. Developer need to fix this asap.

This app is utter trash. Booked my appointment for NRIC collection via iCollect and got a screenshot for acknowledgement. When I arrived as per my arranged timeslot, I was advised that my appointment was not in the system at all. I was then treated as a walk-in collection and had to wait nearly two hours. Rating one star only because there isnt an option for 0.

Can work but after I wish to uninstall, I only got a ICA screen and blocks the stuff behind it. So I CANNOT uninstall at all for the latest version. Since only need to use once in 5 years, mayb a website to do this is better than an app, or part of another app would b good.

Thank you very much for letting me have the time to figure out how the app works and not like verification codes, which have such a brief time limit!! Therefore putting added pressure on me as I am already a senior, who is already a techie dinosaur. Your app is simple and intuitive enough, once I get the hang of it. Keep up the good work!
