Unable to submit meter readings - don't blame it on the customer, do proper testing and troubleshooting. I tried on 3 different Android phones and the menu is blank instead of showing a meter Submission window. Continue denying this issue, nevermind I have reported you to EMA already. Look at the feedback given by Teck Ng below on 13/05. Instead of troubleshooting, or fixing the problem you give a generic answer that it's the customers phone problem.

app does not even open correctly anymore. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. only get an error message when open the app. cannot even get to the log in point.

horrible. I called customer support that hung up on me and said I had to chat. when I downloaded the app, the chat doesn't even work. it's with a chatbot that can't help with anything.

Is convenience and user friendly, can submit the meter reading here, but now only can submit water meter, don't know why, overall, this still a great app for me, loving it.

Worst app ever used. Recurring cannot setup. Message cannot send at help section. Call them on phone *which took a long time to get connected to an agent) and ask me to submit inquiry on apps at Help section. But it cannot submit! If can give negative star will do it.
