Sigh, I used the X series for years, HANDS DOWN the best feature was the wave to unlock. It was so sensitive it was amazing, 100% success rate, it would even occasionally catch me just glancing at it. I miss it dearly. Unfortunately I had other issues so decided to try something else, I'm now on a Pixel 3...Why can't any app do the same? I've tried them all, this one is actually still the best but with maybe a 75% (or less) success rate. It doesn't work if the phone is in hibernate so basically after 10 minutes of inactivity it's useless. It's 'ok' when it does work, but it still usually takes a few waves instead of the quick and easy like with my X phones. I know I know it's not a Moto device, but just know if you're in the same boat this IS NOT nearly as good as the actual feature but, better than nothing and battery drain is quite minimal so that's good. However I wouldn't mind slight more drain if it meant more sensitivity.

This App is currently working on moto g5 plus(oreo) by increasing sensitivity and force notification....app preference resets each time it is launched...and the above mentioned steps has to be again applied manually.... However this way it does work.

mediocre performance. if i wave my hand horribly slow over sensor, it MAY respond. most times it's okay. "most times" is not good enough.

This app does not work. This app is made to hack your data and access your personal info to share with hackers I review a ton of apps like these ones because people need to have a heads up that way they don't get hacked. Needs to be taken down.

This app works perfectly for me even after the Oreo update. I got it to work by enabling "Force notification" in the settings. Moto G5S
