Cant get it to work. Chair was delivered but once in the room the remote didn't work. After a half an hour, the tech got it to work & left. My roomate used it once, & then the remote never worked again, then the power light went off while plugged in so we are waiting 4 them to send parts & fix it. Just disappointed since we were told if the arms were removed, we could fit it through a narrower door, however that never happened either. The chair we tried at Costco worked great, but not now. :-(

Yep, doesn't work. Connected Bluetooth and gave it the location permission. Connects to the chair but doesn't actually ever start up the massage. A few times it went to the next step, selecting shoulder height, but never moved a single roller. Even if it did work, it still looks like a sub-par interface. No way to save preferred settings? Like even shoulder height, intensity, etc.? No widgets to start up a favorite routine? So much fail, can't list it all here. Buy another chair.

Works with the Novo XT as well. For those of you having problems connecting, make sure location service is on and the chair is already paired in bluetooth before starting the app. Feature request: The ability to store settings.
