Didn't work for me at first but started working after I cycled Bluetooth on the chair. The app is pretty good, it definitely makes it much easier to control the chair than the remote. My only wish right now is adding more programs. Customer care says programming can be added in the future through an app update, so I'm looking forward to seeing more programs than the several preprogrammed ones.

It works now! Just like as advertised! Finally. Useable app for a great massage chair!!! It doesn't always work now...

Works great! I can control my chair from my smart phone. I can switch between functions on the fly. Absolutely untethers me from the wired remote.
