I love using Riverside.fm for my podcast recordings. It is great for video, audio, and clips. They keep adding features to make it better. Since I started using it, they've added a teleprompter, automatic video clip generation' and the ability to edit with AI. Game changer and time saver!!

Cannot login on phone app or online, finally got in once on my laptop finally and contacted support and they said they had no issues on their side. Well here I am still having the same issues. Nothing has changed, still can't login and tech support is absolutely no help. I paid a year in full and haven't been able to use it for over a month. At this point I want a full reimbursement. Wish I could give 0 stars. I've talked to 5 tech supports and nothing.

Downloaded the newest update, now I can't join a studio anymore. Tried uninstalling it and re installing and I keep getting an error. Doesn't seem to be doing this for my other friends. I have a Galaxy Note 9. Is there an issue with certain models? I haven't had any issues before this last update. Edit: Once a month this app stops working and it's random. Scheduling times to podcast when everyone is free and then the app won't work, so we have to reschedule and affects our audience.

Signing up was seemless. However, whenever I tried to use the program, a prompt kept popping up asking me to use the app. When I clicked on the prompt, the app was downloaded. Once I tried to log into the app, I kept getting an error message saying my account couldn't be found or wasn't authenticated. I tried logging in on my Samsung Galaxy, my iPhone, and my iPad. Same error message! All of my phones and iPad are newer models. I wasted time trying to make this work! I just want my money back!

The Riverside.FM app on Android is very user-friendly. I recorded a remote interview with a guest who was using an iPhone. Although the connection for the call was spotty due to the guest's cellular connection, the recording on each device was clean and clear as advertised. Each device uploaded the recording seamlessly. I use Riverside.fm for all of my podcast recording, and I highly recommend this app.

I've had a terrible experience using this app on both desktop and mobile. Even though I've tried to record video when joining a recording as a guest, it just shows a black screen. My audio is either non existent or very low, regardless of whether I use the built in mic or an external one. That would be bad enough, but when I join as a guest, it only lets me stay in the recording for 5 minutes at most before it boots me from the studio. And of course, the video didn't save locally.
