Aplikasi INDO SFA merupakan suatu aplikasi yang bertujuan memudahkan Sales dalam melakukan pekerjaan sehari-hari. Khususnya dalam hal pemesanan (sales order), penagihan (pembayaran piutang), atau penjualan kanvas.

INDO SFA memiliki sisi back-end yang digunakan oleh Administrator yang bertugas untuk merencanakan perjalanan dan kunjungan sales setiap hari. Setiap Sales bertransaksi, data akan disinkron secara otomatis ke Administrator sehingga dapat dilakukan realisasi.

INDO SFA memiliki fitur online dan offline pada sisi Sales. Sales dapat melakukan transaksi tanpa perlu kawatir terhadap koneksi internet yang tidak stabil. Ketika koneksi internet tersedia, data Sales akan otomatis tersinkron pada Administrator.
