Won't work. I tried to tick the hardware decoding option but says this device, my Samsung S21, won't work with hardware decoder. Same on my tablet. Run out of things to try.😢

Notification/alert doesn't work anymore. I used to be able to receive motion detection notification before, but after the last 3 or 4 updates, I can't get any notification. Now this whole system becomes completely useless. Should have gotten the Dahua DVR, their app works better. Please fix the problem! 2021/04/28 It's been almost 2 years since my last review. Still no fixes. Well never buy any SoCatch systems again!!

i am not alone with this problem. Since last update can't connect on tablet or phone. Keeps coming up check network or user/password. Can view cameras on my desktop but that's when I am in property. Surely the point of the App is to view your property when you out. PLEASE GET IT FIXED

Great app. I set it up locally on a friend's old DVR. It had no P2P. But at least he can view on mobile devices at home. No problems.
