App does not see that my Filehub is connected. Filehub works fine via browser, but the app cannot see it. This app has not been updated in almost 1 year. It appears RAVPower is content with taking your money when you purchase a Filehub and then not providing you with the app that actually makes the Filehub useful. Also, why does RAVPower have 2 different Filehub apps (this one and Filehub Plus)? What the hell is the difference and which one are your customers supposed to be using?

usually works great. except when it does not connect or when it loses the connection. when that happens, always end up turning the rav filehub device off for a while and turn on later to try again. or turn the phone off/on. or turn off/on my wifi. etc. etc. etc. .... anyways, really really really wish this app had a way to automatically synchronize the files on the rav filehub with what's on the phone. well, at least can copy a whole folder and click "skip all" to not copy existing files.

You will get back your device until gets improved. Problem: Losing connection every single time with the phone, ...after all permissions granted.. Samsung Galxy Note 9, definately not a bad phone but installed with a rubbish app. Update 08.05.2020 Tried with Sony Xperia Z1, Z5. Same result.. Buyers be aware, THE APP ACTUALLY TAKES 136MB intern! Not 76 as declared by developer!!!! (I had before Verbatim, Kingston wifi hubs and worked well) An app that force you to give your LOCATION! WHY??

When RAB Filehub is being used as an access point or router there is no reason for this app to have access storage or media files on a mobile phone. Can barely justify location access. Avoid app at all costs.

The app doe's not work right with the file hub device rp-wd009 the device shows all five lights lit up indicating I'm connected to the device properly but yet the device shows that I'm not connected to the device and the app will not stay connected to the internet or the device and I am using a wireless extender in the location I'm connected which I just added so I can see if this rp-wd009 will stay connected can I get my money back it's not worth the time and effort serial- OPSW7TGQ
