About this app

ABC Austin services is an application for the onsite technician to automate their task and help them to get rid of tedious documentation. The application is for the internal technician of the ABC Austin.

When the technicians open the application first screen they will see is the login screen.

After providing the credential detail the technician can see their today’s service list. In the list technician can find the detailed about the client where they have to serve today.

Once they click on any of the client detail they can see the screen showing the general information about the client like name, various services served in past and also the technician can add a before image where technician will serve.

After saving new screen will open under which the services information will be shown like what are the services technician is going to serve and once all the detail is filled technician can save it.

Once all the detail is saved next screen will open in which complete invoice about the service will be available there are various options for the payment. In the next screen there is option for the sending the complete memo to the client as well as office.

Technicians can also add the email to send the same report to others as well.
