Please be note that it's not "built by your own plan". By default they are fixing amount of 120QR(local calls and data together 100QR and very less minutes for international calls but charging 25QR) As an expat, we always looks for better option for international calling. First of all built by own plan means we should built from scratch. Hope Ooredo considers this might be in future.

I ordered 4GB additional. Got 1000 international minutes too which I did not order. It got deducted from my wallet QAR 150. It did not show that it was deducting the 150..."only pay from wallet" It Never mentioned amount or option to confirm what is being ordered. I made complaint to cancel order. Says not possible. What do I do with 1000 international minutes which I never ordered. Lost qar 150. Also the auto payment from card does not work so is forced to keep money in the shahry me wallet.

So you let us decide what we want in a monthly plan but limit it to a minimum of QR125??? That's not build your own plan that's enforce a plan which the customer can "customize". Ridiculous! Why should international minutes and sms be included?
