if you open meo app , blackfriday , it takes you to website . whats the use of app? we are in 2023 . Still they are forwarding to website. 😂

This app is a joke. You have to fill all your details whenever you want to add money to your number. What is the point of having an app that doesn't remember your data (phone number, nif...), what is the point of an account with phone number associated to it? Why the app can't use this data to be able to recharge in one tap?! So all you can do with all the effort of having an account and remember another password is just to see current balance...

I cannot see my phone in the app anymore, for some reason it disappeared. Tried reinstalling, nothing. How am I supposed to manage my account and phone? See data? Of course if I contact by the app no one ever replies to me, and I cannot call since I don't speak Portuguese. Just switch companies and find one that works I suppose.

Can't register my client ID or account tells me to go to another site?? Everything in Portuguese even the review replies on here are in Portuguese which is fine if the reviews were in Portuguese but they are not. In the last 5 years no good support available, automated telephone system, they charge you to ring customer service but u can never get through to anyone. Sadly the only provider in Portugal so there is no alternative or competition 😕

I have never been able to see what my consumption is. I thought the app might help as you sent me an email showing the consumption of GBs used but no, all I see is an arbitrary balance in euros which means nothing as I pay a fixed rate each month for 40gb. My Irish and English providers provide this service so why not you MEO?? Eu nunca consigo ver quantos mb eu usei. Sempre diz: Neste momento, não é possível exibir as informações. Tente mais tarde ou ligue para 16 200.

Meo has wonderfully polished marketing media in English but trying as a non portuguese speaker the multitude of messages sent only in Portuguese is ridiculous. If they want to appeal to the growing expat community than they should make language options available for all their correspondance. Same for their voice consumer service, which is often completely unfathomable and often just damned rude.
