i bought my phone brand new. this application refurbished check your phone is original.after two update now i check refurbished its saying now your phone is not genuine. and same happened to my son phone as well. please make it your app data corrected.

Don't waste your time instaling this app. It does not bring any trustful information about your phone. App does not show IMEI, S/N, reburbishment check sais refurbished, even not ... many information hidden due to the needed root.

I bought a brand new Samsung A51 from the official showroom in Bangladesh but the SAM info App is showing it as refurbished and country of origin blank. Manufacturing date does not match with serial number. Total charge connect counter, headset counter, cpu usage etc are unavailable and require root whereas all my old Samsung devices in my home display all of these. Please solve this problem.

Hello guys this is one of worst app I have seen so far I have bought n My new Samsung galaxy F41 mobile 📱 and I installed the app and checked whether it is refurbished mobile it showed me original later i have updated my mobile software and I checked i checked once again its showing Refurbished mobile ur mobile serial no does match with manufacturing date later i replaced my mobile this checked and replacement is done 5 times 5 different replacement of Samsung f41 mobile same thing is shwing
