This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Inside Health on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

this app is pure garbage. everytime i hit the back button it logs me out and I have to do the duo step login and wait for a text with a code despite having REMEMEBER FOR 90 DAYS ticked. And this app is exactly the same as the website. so better off just using that. Hire new programmers.
