The main thing that absolutely drives me nuts is if you so much as tilt your phone your whole entry disappears and you have to start over. The second is I usually have to translate both directions, it would be really nice if you could set the languages you're working with in the settings menu and just click the reverse icon when you need to translate the opposite direction.
