2nd install: my credit card won't work in the road machines. I am waiting for my new card so I thought I would try installing it again. I forgot my password and the reset password function seems to be broken as I have not received the emails promised with reset instructions. First install: App didn't work first time I tried to use it. Uninstalled. I'm not willing to fight with the all to pay for my parking in Saskatoon.

this app is unstable at best, but we don't have any other choice, other than those disgusting terminals, do we? it works most of the time, which is not really a strong point, but it's the best thing I can say about it. it has forced me to run outside to plug the machine more than once, which is seriously annoying.

This app does not have the ability to stop your parking timer midway. If you scroll the timer and stop at 13 hours, it automatically adds a day and resets the hours to 0. I ended up paying for extra 6 days while trying to add 6 hours because I thought the app was bugged. The customer service of this app does not have the ability to stop the parking timer and only relies on the merchant to refund you if they feel like. So far, no reply from the "merchant".

App generally works for me (except when it doesn't which happens occasionally), I find it frustrating that they changed it to require the CVC on my credit card every single time I go to pay. It's also frustrating that I can't extend time beyond the 3 hour time limit my city has set even after I've moved my vehicle to another location which I'm allowed to park at, so I have to remember to open the app just as the last few seconds of my session is about to expire to start a new one so that I'm not left exposed to a parking ticket (especially now my city is cracking down and will issue a ticket within one minute before the parking is paid for). 3 stars because it makes my life a little easier but I think this application was not the best solution my city could have chosen to handle payments.

If I could rate this in negative numbers, I would, but unfortunately I can't do that here. The app logs me out every once in a while and I forgot my password this last time. Now usually this is a pretty easy process but the app developers do not have a means to reset the password that actually works. I've sent them at least 10 password reset requests and I still haven't received any sort of email allowing me to reset my password. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am forced to pick one star. This app steals money/time from you when you park. It does not allow you to select 1/2/3 hours. The selection wheel will not stop at those times, it always bumps the time up for more money. If you try to manually enter the time it bumps it up even higher when you hit confirm costing you even more money. The developers are stealing from its users. Do not use.
