This app just doesnt work! It never connects to the camera and even if it did the camera controls are reversed for up down movement anyway. Did the developers of this app just release it without testing it, or are they not 'bright' enough to see their controls are reversed??? This app is so slow that you keep thinking it is freezing! In the immortal words of Mickey Rourke in Iron Man 2.... 'Software is S**T!'.

The only reason I wanted this specific baby monitor is because I would be able to check-in on her while I was away. I've been trying to connect to the camera since I received it as a gift at my baby shower which was Feb. 2018!!! My daughter is now 20mo. old and the POS app still hasn't worked. Now I can't even get it to open.. it just crashes.

They need to do some major work on this app, wont work at all with that camera and monitor it's made for. Very Frustrating that the simplest technology they cant get to work on all Android phones. I have a Note 8, not some cheap phone, it should work no problem since this stupid app is the reason I even bought my baby monitor, so I can see her when I'm working 😡

App was last updated ( same date it was added) on March 2018, it is now May 2019. this needs to be updated to the newest version. this is why so many are having issues with the app, its because it is not configured to the newest android version.
