New update to UI is a huge step back in terms of functionality. When you use up the data from your main plan, you lose all ability to see how much data you usually get for each aspect of your plan (Data Stack, Socialiser Data, etc). Old app showed all sources of data and how many GB you were given at the start of the month, as well as when each source of data would renew, while noting you had 0 GB remaining. This app just removes all that information, and just shows you're on casual rates.

Really not a fan of the 'new' look. It's made it a lot more confusing. I knew where everything was kept before and now they've made some silly changes to make it look 'new'. I don't need tech support but I do think this was a terrible idea and should just be reverted back. The small changes that were getting made over time were fine but this new update is absolutely ridiculous. Edit to add: not very helpful of spark to let you know you have 750mbs data left that expires tomorrow 😤

Once upon a time the app was awesome simple to navigate simple to use. Easy to pay your bill. Now its still simple to use less stuff to look through however you want to pay your bill using the app well my friend thats a big no from spark has not been fixed have adressed it multiple times to them but its still broken. Until the give it a fix and a new update this will remain 1 star

App failure- For months now the app has never let me purchase new value packs or even top up my phone. I've been to three spark shops where all they do is just delete and reinstall the app which does nothing. Just updated the app and now I can't even view the value packs or purchase any extras. The whole app is now basically useless for me to use as now all I can use it for is to see what my phone number is.

In need of some serious QA. Tried to buy a $79 prepay pack which told me it was processing but apparently failed silently behind the scenes. Nevertheless took my money and is now charging me casual data rates. Support said my order had "errors" and needed programmers to fix it. How can this basic functionality be so broken?
