This app is so handy and amazing, it's very underrated, it is up to date tracking, you can name a parcel so you know what it is, you can track multiple packages also. This app runs so smoothly and has no ads. If your an online shopper, you'll need this app to track those packages. This is more than a tracking app :) I love it alot. It's better than using the website. It is exactly as advertised, not clickbait like most apps are.

It works until your internet connection changes. It does not detect the change and states you are offline, and the app needs restarting to detect you are online, and recieve the latest tracking information. This restarting shouldn't be required, and needs fixing.

NZ Post app has improved from the last time I had it and deleted it, til now. The Contact info is now functioning and produces a phone number to speak to a real person. Tracking appears more reliable now too as well as the Address Postcode finder which is always handy.

This app is really easy to use and pin point certain things. You don't have to go searching for hours upon hours just looking for 1 thing and it also makes it easier to track and trace items other than tying it into 1 website then entering another to complete the rest. Definitely recommend👍

This app of late seems to have problems. Usually it just helps me track my parcels that comes into the country and also track when I send out to customers. I don't know what you have done to it but now it just comes up the error no information available refresh page etc its been like this for a few days not and I can't run a business like this!! I would change but the company I work for only use nz post. Please sort asap!!

This app is hopeless, it won't show my latest tracking, comes up with error message saying latest information not available, won't let me delete old tracked parcels, I'm uninstalling it and going back to website which works well
