Waste of time. App says it puts you in 'charge' of your connection. The only thing remotely of use is the ability to pay your bill. Cannot monitor usage, change/upgrade plans or do anything else of substance.

Useless. Can't diagnose the connect if the internet is out (still connected to the modem via WiFi). What's the point?

Wish I could give 0 stars. What a pointless app, all the functionally has been removed. The app should just be called "pay your Bigpipe bill". The diagnostic feature also never works properly. Terrible customer experience.

Rubbish app. Can't do anything useful other than pay bills. No data usage. No breakdown. No monitoring or bandwidth control.
