The app *never* shows the correct information; you ALWAYS have to close it and restart it again. A lot of functions work badly and give connection errors all the time - for instance while the app IS connected ask for some graphs and very often you get a "toon not connected" message - even though the previous screen worked Just Fine (after a restart, that is). I have removed and installed the app so many times that the screen almost has burn-in from the "remove" button but it never works. Which is amazing, because the same app on the iPad works brilliantly. They seem to have real trouble with updating information after a sleep, and that is odd because that's really easy 8-/ It is a real pity because the Toon is a nice piece of work (although its development seems to be very slow nowadays).

Toon was working great. But 2 days ago it stopped working and nothing helps. After reinstall I still can not login.

Redelijke app, de features van toon zijn super. Kunnen er nog meer bij: aan op timer, uit op timer van slimme stekkers en aansturen van slimme radiatorknoppen.

De toon app blijft regelmatig hangen bij het opstart logo. App volledig afsluiten en daarna opnieuw opstarten lost dat op. Maar ook de real-time info wordt vaak niet weergegeven. Nogmaals afsluiten en opnieuw starten, dan werkt het weer. Ook bij het veranderen van de temperatuur, zelfde verhaal...

Na opnieuw opstarten van mijn telefoon en herinstallatie van de app werkt Toon inmiddels weer, hoewel hij wel moeite heeft om de huidige status weer te geven omdat hij connectie problemen schijnt te hebben.

De app is zeer onstabiel op Android. 9 van de 10 keer update het scherm niet. Geen vlammetje zichtbaar als je de cv aanzet, na een restart van de app weer wel. Zo ook voor de informatie 😔 heeft nodig een update nodig
