What on earth has happened to this app?? It used to be simple and straight forward. Now its totally useless. Every time I try to attach a PDF file it shuts down. I have re-installed the app 3 times but still its the same. I finally had to take a picture of my invoice and attach that instead. Come on guys, get it sorted out!!!

It keeps throwing me out of the app when I try to upload. It doesn't run smoothly. If I get one declaration uploaded the app freaks out and becomes a white page when I try to upload a new one. I hope there can be improvements made to make it run smoothly and function as it was ment to be

I am sure you have a number of international customers who are not fluent in Dutch, and Healthcare issues are something that require full understanding. Therefore a good translation of the app to English language should be also available.
